How requests work

How your request reaches a provider in Fort Worth

Sending a request does not book an appointment or agree to anything. It lets a local provider contact you.

What happens, in order

Four steps from your first question to a decision.

  1. Request: tell us which service you want to ask about.
  2. Hand-off: we send the request to a provider in or near Fort Worth.
  3. Contact: the provider reaches you and arranges a consultation.
  4. Consultation: a licensed provider decides what is suitable, and you make your own choice.

How the follow-up works

We do not call you ourselves. The provider who receives your request is the one who follows up, and they use the contact details you entered.

Keep an eye on your phone and email, including the spam folder. When the provider reaches you, they can explain how their consultations work and what they charge. If the timing or the fit is wrong, you can say so and leave it there.

Your details and who sees them

Your request is shared with a provider in or near Fort Worth so they can get in touch. We share the details you entered and nothing else.

The consent box on the form covers contact by phone, text or email about your request. If you no longer want to be contacted, tell the provider, and see the privacy page to ask for your request to be withdrawn.

One form, one local provider, and your questions answered before any decision.
